Morning operations digest
Morning digest reads recent unread email from the selected mailbox and today's calendar, then sends an automatically drafted briefing through Microsoft Graph. It runs weekdays at 12:00 UTC; the selected time zone determines the calendar day, not the send time. It does not retrieve approval queues, filed invoices, or SharePoint records.

How we deliver it

Choose the mailbox, recipients, and calendar time zone.

The workflow reads up to 25 recent unread messages and today's calendar events; the normal lookback is 24 hours, extended to at least 72 hours on Mondays.

ID360 assistant summarizes that inventory and the workflow sends the briefing email from the selected mailbox using Microsoft Graph. Empty mail and calendar inventories produce no email.
