How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.

Do shortcodes expire?

On the Free plan, links may be recycled after 6 months of inactivity to allow others to use them. Paid plan links (Starter+) never expire as long as your subscription is active.

Are QR codes dynamic?

Yes! All QR codes generated on ID360 are dynamic, meaning you can change the destination URL anytime without reprinting the QR code.

How do I remove the 'Powered by' branding?

Branding removal is available on the Pro plan and above. Once upgraded, the footer in the redirect usage and dashboard will be removed.

What happens if I hit my scan limit?

If you exceed your monthly scan quota, your links may temporarily redirect to a limit reached page until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
