A managed Microsoft 365 tenant, the automations that run your busywork, and an AI assistant working inside it — plus the marketing toolkit on top, at no extra charge.
Outlook on your domain, OneDrive and SharePoint structured around how your team actually works, and Teams set up properly — then the automations that clear the busywork. Invoices filed, leads routed, documents summarised before you open them.
From $199/mo — annual saves 3 months free
See plansThe ID360 Studio comes with your plan rather than as a second invoice — and the limits rise with the tier you are on.
Not ready for a managed plan? The Studio has a free tier that needs no card.
Try the Studio freeInvoices arrive in a monitored mailbox and get filed to SharePoint under vendor and date. Enquiries get triaged and routed to the right person, with a first-draft reply left in Drafts for someone to read before it sends. Every weekday morning a brief lands in Outlook with your unread mail and the day's calendar already summarised.
Invoice filing
Watches a mailbox, recognises invoices, files the PDF to SharePoint and logs vendor, number and amount.
Enquiry triage
Tells real enquiries from newsletters, alerts the people you choose, and drafts a first reply.
Morning brief
One email each weekday: what is unread, what is on the calendar, what needs you.
Expense receipts
Same as invoice filing, pointed at receipts — filed and logged without anyone opening the mail.
Meeting prep
Before the day starts, a short note on each meeting and who is attending.
These are the Microsoft products our automations touch, and exactly what we do with each. Two of them we set up for you but do not automate — they are labelled, rather than left to imply otherwise.
We read a monitored mailbox, file its attachments, move and mark messages, leave draft replies, and send your morning brief.
AutomatedWe resolve your site's document library and upload filed invoices and receipts into it, foldered by year, month and vendor.
AutomatedEvery action above goes through Graph, using one application your own administrator consents to.
AutomatedEvery automation runs here, on a timer or on a Graph webhook — nine functions on Node, Linux consumption.
AutomatedOne workflow: it watches a SharePoint list for approval requests, emails a named approver, and writes the decision back. We deploy it into your own Microsoft 365 at onboarding.
AutomatedThe licences and the tenant we set up and run. You buy the licences in your own name; we do the configuration.
Set up, not automatedWe set up and configure OneDrive. No automation of ours reads or writes it — filing goes to SharePoint.
Set up, not automatedWe configure your channels, guest access and meeting policy. No automation of ours posts to Teams.
Set up, not automatedOur application holds Sites.ReadWrite.All, which is tenant-wide. The policy we recommend you apply in your own tenant covers Exchange only, so limiting our reach to the SharePoint sites you nominate is our configuration choice and nothing more.
So there is a category of thing we turn down: anything where one of your employees would read another employee's documents through our application. No company-wide document search, no HR or payroll library, no cross-department portal. Not because it is hard — because the app signs in as itself rather than as the person asking, so it cannot enforce who should see what.
That changes when Microsoft's per-site scoping or a sign-in-as-you flow is in place here. Until then we would rather turn the work down than build something that looks like it is working right up until the day it hands someone the wrong file.
Your own administrator consents to a single named ID360 application from inside your own Microsoft admin center. There is no shared admin account and no password of yours in our hands.
The permissions are tenant-wide and identical for every customer: Mail.ReadWrite, Mail.Send, Calendars.Read, Sites.ReadWrite.All and User.Read.All. We point the automations only at the mailboxes and sites you nominate — that is our configuration choice, not a boundary Microsoft enforces on us. You can revoke from your own admin center at any time, without telling us first.
