Microsoft 365 automation, Azure pipeline, QR and analytics platform
Small businesses buy Microsoft 365 and then do the same manual jobs anyway — filing invoices, routing enquiries, chasing paperwork with a due date. The licences were already paid for; the work on top of them was not being done.
Delivered
Ten functions running in production on schedule, with health checks and alerting. The deadline tracker has been observed firing on its cron and composing a chase without sending it unattended.
What we built
An Azure Functions pipeline of ten workers running against customer tenants through Microsoft Graph
Invoice filing and expense-receipt automations that file attachments into SharePoint by year, month and vendor
Lead routing that drafts a reply for a person to release, rather than sending unattended
A morning operations digest and per-meeting prep briefs on a weekday schedule
Deadline tracking: a documents table with due dates and an escalation ladder that chases contacts as a date approaches
A watchdog that alerts when an automation stops running at all — the failure mode where nothing errors and nothing happens
A customer portal showing every run, what it processed, and what needs attention
A QR and branded-link product with per-visit analytics
Building a distribution that a non-technical person can install and trust means owning the whole path — image build, installer, update channel, signing, and the update mechanism — not just assembling packages.
Implemented
Images build and install in the automated harness in both boot modes; releases are signed and published to the update channel.

A signed APT update channel with GPG-signed release checksums
