Monthly prices in USD before tax. Qualifying new web-hosting and WordPress Startup customers may receive a $1 first month; higher WordPress tiers start at the displayed monthly price. Payment opens only after supported delivery, capacity and domain ownership checks pass. Allowances are shared across each plan. Domains are purchased separately and paid upfront. Premium email, application licenses, maintenance and extended backups are extra. Existing services keep their original terms.
Linux MySQL storage is supplied as separate 1 GB databases. WordPress Startup includes one 1 GB database; higher WordPress tiers require assigned Turbo upgrades for one 5 GB database per website. Independent WordPress websites use separate hosting packages.

What is included, and when does SSL need a review?
Website hosting: ID360’s supported website publishing flow starts HTTPS setup after ownership and DNS checks. A domain registration alone does not install a certificate on an unrelated website.
ID360 WordPress hosting: eligible packages include free SSL. The automatic wildcard service requires supported nameservers and domain verification. External DNS, custom certificates and unusual subdomains may need a connection review.
Keep existing services working: review current website and email records before changing DNS. SSL encrypts a connection; backups, malware protection and account security remain separate protections.

- SSL at no certificate charge
- Supported published ID360 websites include managed HTTPS. Issuance and renewal depend on correct domain and DNS setup. Included SSL does not mean a site's certificate is already active; check its HTTPS status before launch.
- Hosting and support
- Your selected hosting plan defines site count, storage, release history, and support. Paid upgrades add capacity; they are not required just to obtain the included SSL certificate.
- Setup and maintenance
- Website Care is optional, with content requests, availability reviews, and response targets defined by the selected plan. Additional setup, migration, and custom work are quoted and approved separately. Care work starts after the site brief is accepted.
- Restore points and backups
- Hosting restore points are saved website releases, not full WordPress file-and-database backups. Recovery Vault is a separate optional service for eligible published sites. WordPress backup schedules, retention, and restore scope must be confirmed in its service agreement.
- WordPress has its own hosting
- Static hosting and WordPress use different hosting environments. Eligible new paid .com, .net and .org registrations include a 10 GB WordPress option with standard SSL after installation, DNS and HTTPS verification. Request more WordPress storage through your account. Email and hands-on care are separate. A static release restore point does not back up a WordPress database.
No add-on is purchased here. Existing subscriptions stay unchanged, and any paid service requires your approval.
