Meeting prep briefs
Meeting prep reads today's events from the selected mailbox calendar and sends a short automatically drafted briefing through Microsoft Graph. It uses event times, subjects, locations, and attendees. Delivery runs on the fixed weekday 12:00 UTC schedule, not before each meeting. It does not retrieve mail threads, SharePoint documents, or previous meeting actions.

How we deliver it

Choose the mailbox calendar, recipients, and time zone used to determine today's events.

The workflow reads the day's calendar events on weekdays at 12:00 UTC. An empty calendar produces no briefing.

ID360 assistant summarizes the calendar inventory and the workflow sends the briefing email from the selected mailbox using Microsoft Graph.
