How we deliver it

We agree the mailbox, dedicated source folder, SharePoint destination and monthly processing limit.

We deploy and connect the pipeline, then verify it with representative sample emails before activation.

Every 15 minutes, the worker checks new email text, identifies matching requests and prepares the work product.

The result lands in SharePoint with a review-required label; no message is sent and no booking, order or publication is made.

Your dashboard records deliveries and AI usage. Failed items retry up to three attempts, then surface for operator review.
Implemented template — setup required
This pipeline template is implemented and ready for setup. Activation includes deployment, Microsoft 365 consent, mailbox and SharePoint configuration, and a sample-data acceptance check. It is not active for your account until setup is complete.
