This is the automation that can wait. You record what is owed, by whom, and by when — a certificate of insurance, a licence renewal, a calibration, a signed form you are still waiting on — and the workflow chases it as the date approaches and after it passes. The chases climb a ladder of day offsets you set (sixty days out, thirty, seven, on the day, a week late), and only the most current rung ever fires: if we are down for a month, your contractor gets one email, not four.
A tracked obligation approaches its date, or passes it
The person who owes it is chased up an escalation ladder — sent straight to your own staff, left as a draft for anyone outside your business
You add what is being tracked in the ID360 portal — subject, who owes it, the due date — or we import your existing list. The portal screen for that list is live in your dashboard, under Deadlines.
We switch the automation on for your tenant during onboarding — this one is configured by us, not toggled on from the portal, because the ladder and the send-or-draft decision are settings we would rather agree with you than leave to a form — and we agree that ladder: how far out the first reminder goes and how hard it escalates once the date passes.
Reminders to your own team send directly. Reminders to anyone outside your business are written into your Drafts folder for a person to read and release — by default we do not mail your contractors and customers from your tenant without a human in the loop. Direct sending to outside contacts is off unless you ask us to switch it on, for one obligation or for the whole automation.
Every reminder that leaves is recorded against the obligation, so "prove you chased them before it lapsed" is a report rather than an archaeology project.
Marking something satisfied closes it — you do that yourself on the portal's Deadlines screen — and a recurring obligation reopens itself for next year.
This one is a workflow we already operate on Azure, so there is nothing to build — but it is not a switch you flip yourself. We configure it against your tenant during onboarding, agree its settings with you, and it starts on its next scheduled run from there.
This is a managed service, not off-the-shelf software. We build the Microsoft Graph and Azure implementation for your tenant during onboarding, run it against the permissions listed in our terms, and record every access to your per-client audit log. See how it fits together.
Every invoice that hits your inbox is filed, logged, and summarised before you open it.
