Enter their email, pick a role — "Admin", "Editor" or "Viewer" — and select "Invite". The person appears on your roster marked "Pending invite".
Adding a member records them on your roster and reserves a seat. Invitation emails are not sent yet and there is no sign-in flow for invited members yet — share access arrangements with them directly for now.

What it means: The invite field needs a full email address.
What to do: Correct the address and select "Invite" again.
What it means: The email is already on the roster.
What to do: Nothing to do — change their role on the existing row if needed.

What to do: Remove someone, or upgrade for more seats.
