See what you are on, what you have used this month, and change plan through Stripe.
The banner at the top names your plan and, on a subscription, its renewal date. The four plans are Free, Launch, Growth and Scale.
"This month's usage" plots your dynamic-QR codes against the plan allowance and shows your seat count. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC); static QR codes are unlimited on every plan and are not counted here.
Under "Available Plans", an upgrade button opens Stripe Checkout directly; "Change plan" on a lower tier goes through the Stripe customer portal, where proration and the period-end switch are handled.
"Manage Subscription", "Update Payment Method" and "Cancel Subscription" all open the Stripe customer portal — card details never pass through ID360.
"Invoice History" lists your invoices with amount, date, status and a link to the PDF where one exists.
These are the real states you can hit, and they are not the same thing: an empty list, a read that failed, and a feature that is not built are shown differently in the app on purpose.
What it means: Both reads of your plan failed. This is not a statement that you are on Free — the page refuses to guess, and the plan-card buttons switch off so nothing can be bought twice.
What to do: Reload in a moment, or use "Manage Subscription" — Stripe knows what the account holds even when this page cannot read it.
What it means: Either the account has never been billed, or the invoice read failed — a failure is shown as a notice, not as an empty list.
What to do: On a paying account, reload; the invoices are also in the Stripe portal.
What it means: A purchase made through a payment link before this account existed was parked under your email, and the page claimed it automatically.
What to do: Nothing to do — the plan is applied.
