Find the right subscription
Open the account menu at the top right, choose Billing & renewals, and read the subscription list. Each active ID360 domain includes starter static hosting. Paid hosting upgrades, Website Studio, and managed Microsoft services are optional separate subscriptions. Included hosting does not cancel an existing paid plan; use its management controls if you want a change. Domain orders are in My domains; custom projects are in Service orders.

Check an earlier purchase before buying again
Check Hosting for your domain's included allowance and existing paid limits before buying more capacity. If an earlier-purchase notice appears, follow its account-check action first. Retry checks that purchase without charging again. A review notice needs support; do not repeat checkout to try to clear it. Compare managed plans only when you intend to buy or change that service.

Manage billing
Use Manage Subscription, Update Payment Method, or Cancel Subscription to open Stripe's secure portal. Paid periods are ordinarily non-refundable; the Terms preserve remedies for failed delivery, duplicate charges, billing errors and applicable legal rights.

Check the amount actually paid
In Invoice History, read the amount and payment status, then open the hosted invoice or PDF when available. A discounted or zero-dollar payment is not the recurring plan price; review the subscription separately for its next renewal.
