Choose your domain and product, follow a short setup walkthrough, and save your place when you need a break.

Follow the workflow

Work from top to bottom. A screen link appears when the workflow moves somewhere new.

Choose the right domain or account
Select your domain from All domains or the Workspace selector. For WordPress, open Websites & hosting, then WordPress, and choose your site. Open WordPress takes you to WordPress; Edit in ID360 opens the separate ID360 website editor. Products that do not need a domain use the All account workspace.

Open one product walkthrough
Open Setup & tutorials and choose what you want to set up. Read Before you start, then follow its three or four short steps. The tutorial catalog shows available instructions, not proof that you own every product listed.

Do one step and save your place
Use the step's action to open the product. Return with Continue walkthrough and select I've done this step when ready. Your signed-in account saves the checkmarks for that product and domain; they record your learning, not payment, ownership, or activation.

Get help without starting over
Choose Help with this step if you get stuck. The support link carries the product, selected domain, and step into the request subject. Add what happened and any safe error message; you do not need to retype that setup context.

TROUBLESHOOTING

When it does not work

A failed read, an empty account, and an unavailable feature are different states. These are the real ones this workflow can show.

A purchased domain does not appear yet+

What it means: The order may still be pending, or its status may not have synchronized. A payment receipt alone does not confirm registration.

What to do: Open My domains and select Refresh. If a completed order is still missing, send its order number through Help instead of purchasing it again.

A product shows a plan requirement+

What it means: An active ID360 domain includes registration management and starter static hosting. Website Studio, email, higher hosting capacity, and other paid products have separate access requirements.

What to do: Choose the active ID360 domain in Publish to use included hosting. Check Billing & renewals before upgrading. Publish & connect domain does not buy a plan. A pending connection or DNS conflict is not a request to pay again; open DNS & settings for the reported issue.

Tutorial progress could not be saved or loaded+

What it means: The account progress request failed; your product and its activation status have not been changed.

What to do: Select Try again in the walkthrough. You can still read the steps and open product controls while the saved checkmarks are unavailable.

Steps last checked against the product on September 12, 2026. If the screen no longer matches, report the guide.
