ID360 is not a registrar — you connect a domain or subdomain you already own. A subdomain like go.yourbrand.com is recommended so your main site is untouched.
The domain is stored and the exact DNS records you need appear immediately under "Add at your DNS provider".
Copy each record's name and value with the copy buttons and add them wherever your DNS is managed. The records depend only on the hostname and do not change.
Use the refresh icon ("Check now") after saving DNS. The chip moves from "Add your DNS records" through "Checking DNS" to "Live"; propagation can take up to an hour.
These are the real states you can hit, and they are not the same thing: an empty list, a read that failed, and a feature that is not built are shown differently in the app on purpose.

What it means: The records at your provider do not point here yet.
What to do: Compare your DNS entries against the values shown and correct them.
What it means: Your records are right, and the last step — attaching the hostname to our edge — is done by our team by hand. They have been notified.
What to do: Add the records now anyway. If the domain is not live within one business day, contact support and quote the hostname.
What it means: You asked to disconnect. The hostname stays reserved to your account and keeps working until our team detaches it, so nobody else can claim it mid-flight.
What to do: No action needed — the status clears when the detach completes.
