Your identity, brand kit, notification preferences and security, in one place.
The sections run down the left: General, Brand Kit, Notifications, Billing & Plans and Security, with "Sign Out" underneath.
Under General, upload a logo (up to 2MB), and set your company name and display name. "Save Changes" writes all of it.
Pick a primary brand colour and a short tagline, then select "Save Brand Kit". The logo is synced from the General section.
Under Notifications, the email toggle controls scan and click alerts — an email when your QR code is scanned, with a 5-minute cooldown between alerts. "Save Preferences" stores it.
Under Security you can link and verify a phone number. Sign-in is through an identity provider — Microsoft for accounts created now, Google or email on older ones — so there is no ID360 password to manage here and the "Change Password" button is disabled.
These are the real states you can hit, and they are not the same thing: an empty list, a read that failed, and a feature that is not built are shown differently in the app on purpose.
What it means: The logo upload is capped at 2MB.
What to do: Resize or compress the image and upload again.
What it means: The write did not land; your stored settings are unchanged.
What to do: Save again; if it keeps failing, reload the page.
What it means: The plan read failed. It is not a statement that you are on Free — the billing page reads the plan from Stripe as well.
What to do: Open Billing & Plans, or reload in a moment.
