Each weekday, one AI-written email summarising a mailbox's unread mail and the day's calendar, delivered before the working day starts.
With your tenant connected, stage 2 shows the Morning digest card.
The digest summarises this mailbox's unread mail and its calendar — an operations or owner mailbox is the usual choice.
Fill in 'Send it to' with up to 10 comma-separated addresses, or leave it blank and the digest goes to the mailbox itself.
It defaults to your browser's zone and decides which calendar day the brief covers — not the send time, which is fixed for now.
Your first brief arrives the next weekday morning.
The digest opens with a few sentences on what matters most, lists anything that genuinely needs a reply, then gives the day's schedule one line per event. It covers up to 25 unread messages from the last 24 hours, and weekend mail rolls into Monday's edition.
These are the real states you can hit, and they are not the same thing: an empty list, a read that failed, and a feature that is not built are shown differently in the app on purpose.
What it means: A morning with no unread mail and no calendar events sends no digest, and that counts as a healthy run — there are also no weekend editions.
What to do: Check the Live list: Running with a recent last-ran time means it looked and found nothing to report.
What it means: The send time is fleet-wide — 12:00 UTC each weekday, which is 7:00 am US Central — and the time-zone setting only decides which day the brief covers. A per-account send time is not offered yet.
What to do: None today. The content is still built around your own zone's calendar day.
What it means: The digest added after today's send has not had its first weekday morning yet.
What to do: Wait for the next weekday — the first brief and the first health reading arrive together.
What it means: The last run could not complete — a removed mailbox is the usual cause.
What to do: Press Edit on the row and check the mailbox, then wait for the next morning's run.
