Each weekday morning, a brief of the day's meetings — time, subject, attendees, and location, each with a short AI-written prep line.
With your tenant connected, stage 2 shows the Meeting prep card, next to the Morning digest it resembles.
Choose the mailbox whose calendar the brief covers in 'Calendar to brief' — typically the person who takes the meetings.
Fill in 'Send it to' with up to 10 comma-separated addresses, or leave it blank and the brief goes to the mailbox itself.
It defaults to your browser's zone and decides which day counts as today for the brief.
Your first brief arrives the next weekday morning, at the same fixed send time as the morning digest — 12:00 UTC, 7:00 am US Central.
Today's meetings only: each event's time, subject, location, and up to 8 named attendees, with a practical prep nudge per meeting. It reads the calendar and sends the brief — it does not change events, read mail threads, or open documents.
These are the real states you can hit, and they are not the same thing: an empty list, a read that failed, and a feature that is not built are shown differently in the app on purpose.
What it means: A day with no meetings sends no brief, and that counts as a healthy run — there are no weekend briefs either.
What to do: Check the Live list: Running with a recent last-ran time means the calendar was empty.
What it means: It is written from the calendar entries alone — subjects, times, attendees, locations — so a vague invitation title gets a vague prep line.
What to do: Richer meeting subjects produce more useful briefs.
What it means: The automation has not had its first weekday morning yet.
What to do: Wait for the next weekday.
