Every QR scan and short-link click on your account, charted as it happens — and an honest account of where each number comes from.
The page is titled "Scan & Click Analytics". Everything it charts is a per-visit row written by one of two redirects: the /r short-link redirect writes link clicks, and the /q dynamic-QR redirect writes QR scans.
The selector runs from "Last 24 Hours" to "Last Year".
The "All", "Short links" and "QR codes" buttons filter every panel, and each button shows its count for the range so you can see what registered without clicking.
Totals, estimated unique visitors, daily averages, the daily chart and the device breakdown all follow the range and source you picked. Automated crawlers are excluded, so these numbers run lower than a raw hit count.
The "CSV" and "Export PDF" buttons are included from the Launch plan. The CSV is a full-history dump that follows the source selection; on Free the buttons are replaced with a note that export is on paid plans.
From the Launch plan, the click heatmap, referrer breakdown, cohort view and conversion goals render below the basic panels.
These are the real states you can hit, and they are not the same thing: an empty list, a read that failed, and a feature that is not built are shown differently in the app on purpose.
What it means: A dynamic code keeps a lifetime counter on its own campaign page ("Total Scans (all time)"), counting every scan since the code was created. This page only charts per-scan rows, which began when the QR redirect started logging them — so the lifetime counter is usually higher.
What to do: Nothing is lost: use the campaign page for the code's lifetime total and this page for per-visit detail.
What it means: No geography is collected, on any plan — the redirect stores a one-way hash of the IP for counting uniques and nothing else. This is not a paid unlock you are missing.
What to do: If geographic reporting matters to you, tell support — it is a build, not a switch.
What it means: The account read failed. Advanced analytics is on every paid plan; the notice is not a statement that yours lacks it.
What to do: Reload in a moment — the basic panels are unaffected.
What it means: Either the selected range and source genuinely hold no rows, or the data read failed — a failed read shows an error notice rather than pretending the account is empty.
What to do: Widen the range, set the source to "All", and check the counts on the source buttons.
