Follow the workflow

Work from top to bottom. A screen link appears when the workflow moves somewhere new.

Read and accept the rules
Open Referrals and review the restrictions: no self-referrals, spam, misleading claims, or coupon-site posting. Tick the agreement and select Activate Affiliate Account.

Share the complete signup link
Copy the Share Link and keep its ref parameter intact. Attribution happens when a new customer creates an account through that URL; ID360 does not place a 90-day affiliate cookie.

Track eligible results
The dashboard separates signups, paid conversions, and earned commission. Free accounts are signups, not paid conversions, and chargebacks void the related commission.

Set up payouts
Use support to confirm PayPal or ACH payout details once the account is eligible for payment. Never send banking credentials in ordinary chat.

TROUBLESHOOTING

A failed read, an empty account, and an unavailable feature are different states. These are the real ones this workflow can show.

Activation is disabled+

What it means: The program agreement has not been accepted.

What to do: Read the rules, tick the agreement, and activate.

A signup is not attributed+

What it means: The person may not have created a new account through the full referral URL.

What to do: Share the complete link; do not promise credit from an earlier visit or a link without the ref parameter.

Signups appear but conversions stay at zero+

What it means: Only eligible paid plans count as conversions.

What to do: No action is needed unless a completed eligible payment is missing; then contact support with the account and payment reference.
