Follow the workflow

Work from top to bottom. A screen link appears when the workflow moves somewhere new.

Choose a template
Open QR Templates. Free designs are available to every account; premium designs show their plan access before you open them.
Open this screen/dashboard/qr-templates

Open it in the editor
Select Use Template to apply its shapes and colors in the QR maker.

Add content and test
Enter the destination, make any adjustments, check scannability, and select Save to download.

TROUBLESHOOTING

A failed read, an empty account, and an unavailable feature are different states. These are the real ones this workflow can show.

A template asks for an upgrade+

What it means: That design is outside the account's current template library.

What to do: Choose a free design or compare the paid plans.

The template status cannot be read+

What it means: The plan check failed, so the page is not guessing which designs are unlocked.

What to do: Reload, or open the design and let the editor check access.
