Choose a Care tier and submit a connection brief for your ID360-hosted site. Coverage begins after the site and scope are accepted. The plan covers small changes to existing text, images, links, or styling, scheduled availability reviews, and help with available saved releases. Hosting and Recovery Vault are separate. Major redesigns, ecommerce builds, malware cleanup, software or dependency upgrades, and custom development need a separate written scope.
