Pay as you go has no ID360 monthly software charge. Guided launch and Payment care are optional services with a separate written quote. Your other ID360 subscriptions are separate.
What happens to my existing links?
Existing links keep the fee saved when they were created. The new rate applies only when you explicitly accept it and create a new link.
How do refunds work?
A full refund returns the ID360 application fee. A partial refund returns a proportional share. Stripe processing charges may not be returned.
When can I start accepting payments?
Payments are in an invite-only beta for eligible United States businesses. You need an invitation and completed Stripe verification before creating a payment link.
